Sync Your Self-Care
Cycle Syncing is a practice of aligning a mama's self-care - nutrition, exercise, lifestyle - with the different phases of her menstrual cycle each month. This approach can help to maximize her energy, balance her hormones natually, and regain power over her entire well-being.

Maintaining a self-care routine is difficult - it requires you to put yourself first, everyday. But what about those days when everyone else is taking from you, and you fail to show up for yourself? Often, one day leads to two days... and then a week... and then a month.

When you Sync Your Self-Care to your cycle, each day is a fresh start. Each day is a new opportunity to fill your cup the way your mind, body, + energy needs based on which day of your cycle you're on.

Using the energy of each phase (mostly based on the hormones that are currently flowing), you can set up your self-care routine to optimize your holistic wellness.
Self-Care is an individual process - what works for my self-care will not work for your self-care.
When we work together to Sync Your Self-Care, we will customize your activities to fit into your life so they nourish you and are achievable to maintain.
Here's an example of how you can adjust your self-care based on where you are in your cycle:
Days 1-6
New Moon - Menstruation

Physical - gentle stretching, 30 minute walk, fasting 13-72 hours, warmer ketobiotic foods

Mental - journal about intentions for the next month
